The Administrative Board
254. 1. Purpose--The administrative board shall have general oversight of the administration and program of the local Church in pursuing the primary task of the local Church (see 245).
2. Meetings--The administrative board shall meet at least quarterly. Special meetings may be ordered by the administrative board or called by the chairperson or the pastor.
3. Quorum--The members present and voting at any duly announced meeting shall constitute a quorum.
4. Minutes--Minutes of all administrative board meetings shall be kept on record and made available to any member of the administrative board and to any full member of the congregation.
