754. The district superintendent, after consultation with the annual conference on ethnic local church concerns committee, may appoint a district Director of Ethnic Local Church Concerns. This director would become a member of the district council on ministries or its structural counterpart. A district may establish a committee on ethnic local church concerns comprised of lay persons and clergy to work with the district superintendent to implement the annual conference's comprehensive plan as it relates to that district, and to further the purposes of the annual conference committee.
