1115. Bylaws--The General Board of Church and Society shall provide its own bylaws, which shall not violate any provisions of the Constitution or the Discipline, and which may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting thereon at a regular or special meeting; provided that notice of such amendment has previously been given to the members.
