1309. National Youth Ministry Organization Funding--The National Youth Ministry Organization shall be responsible for administering its own budget. The operating funds shall be derived from two main sources: general church funds and the national portion of the Youth Service Fund. A minimum of 80 percent of the national portion of the Youth Service Fund shall be used for projects.
