1311. Project Selection--The National Youth Ministry Organization Steering Committee shall constitute a Project Review Committee to advise the National Youth Ministry Organization Steering Committee in the selection of projects. The Project Review Committee shall be composed of five youth from the National Youth Ministry Organization Steering Committee and two adults who are members of The United Methodist Church but not members of the National Youth Ministry Organization Steering Committee or related to any general agency. The projects shall be chosen according to the policies and criteria established by the National Youth Ministry Organization Legislative Assembly.
