1507. Organization.--The membership of this board shall be constituted in accordance with 805.2c of the General Provisions and with the addition of these central conference members: Six persons and one alternate for each who may attend if the elected member cannot attend. In the election of the delegates by the Commission on Central Conference Affairs, two shall be clergy, two laymen, and two laywomen. This provision shall take effect immediately after the conclusion of General Conference. If a vacancy occurs in the board, it shall be filled in accordance with 812.
