1904. Amenability and Accountability--The General Commission on Communication shall be amenable to the General Conference. As an administrative general agency which carries significant program functions in addition to its many service and support responsibilities, the commission shall be accountable to, report to, and be evaluated by the General Council on Ministries in program matters and shall be accountable to and report to the General Council on Finance and Administration for matters of finance.
