1908. Finance--The General Conference shall provide for the financial needs of the General Commission on Communication upon recommendation by the General Council on Finance and Administration. The commission shall consult with the General Council on Ministries in the area of program matters in development of an annual budget which shall be reported to the General Council on Finance and Administration for approval.
