2004. Authority and Powers--The General Commission on Christian Unity and Interreligious Concerns shall have the authority and power to fulfill all the responsibilities noted in 2003 and to fulfill other functions that may be requested of it by the Council of Bishops, the General Council on Ministries, or the General Council on Finance and Administration and General Conference.
