Section XIV. General Commission on Religion and Race
2101. Name--There shall be a General Commission on Religion and Race.
1. Amenability and Accountability--The general commission shall be amenable to the General Conference of the United Methodist Church. Between sessions of the General Conference, the commission shall be accountable to the General Council on Ministries by reporting and interpreting activities designed to fulfill the purpose of the commission and by cooperating with the council in the fulfillment of its legislated responsibilities.
