2545. Consecration and Dedication of Local Church Buildings--On acquisition or completion of any Church building, parsonage, or other church unit, a service of consecration may be held. Before any Church building, parsonage, or other Church unit is formally dedicated, all indebtedness against the same shall be discharged.
