Every Calendar Item is assigned a Number by the Coordinator of the Calendar. Each Calendar Item number may have up to three parts, as follows:

This Calendar Item, serial number 2, references ¶8 of the
Book of Discipline and has no minority report or financial implications.
23-1404-MR
This Calendar Item, serial number 23, references ¶1404 of the
Book of Discipline and has a minority report but no financial implications.
422-71-$
This Calendar Item, serial number 422, references ¶71 of the
Book of Discipline, has financial implications for one or more existing
budget line items and contains no minority report.
1822-NonDis-MR$
This Calendar Item, serial number 1822, does not propose changes to the
Discipline or the Book of Resolutions, has financial implications for
one or more existing budget line items and contains a minority report.
1-R344-!
This Calendar Item, serial number 1822, is an update to the Book of
Resolutions beginning on page 344, proposes a new budget item, and contains
no minority report.
The text of many of the Calendar Items contains text enhancement to indicate which text is to be inserted and which is to be deleted.
Inserted text is marked in bold.Removed text is marked in strike through.
If you do not see both the bold and strikethrough character enhancement in the two previous sentences, you may have difficulty understanding the intent of many of the Calendar Items.
