Understanding Petition Numbers
The document "By Water and the Spirit, a United Methodist
Understanding of Baptism" shall be given four more years of study so that a
larger representation of The United Methodist Church may have the opportunity
to respond to it; further, that the study document also be made available in
Korean, Spanish, and such other languages that represent our Central Conferences.
