1.c) ...including a list of persons with pertinent information. The
Joint Review Committee shall pursue the investigation of the submitted evidence
and lists of persons both aggressively and exhaustively. The committee may
hear from any additional persons it deems helpful to its process
and task. Persons other than the parties involved shall be heard at the
sole discretion of the committee.
