Understanding Petition Numbers

Delete the first paragraph of ¶13 and substitute the following text:

Article II.----The first General Conference of the 21st century shall meet in the month of April or May in the year 2001, and subsequent General Conferences shall meet every four years thereafter at such time and in such place as shall be determined by the General Conference or by its duly authorized committees.
