Understanding Petition Numbers

Delete ¶ 25.1 and .3, and add the following new sub-paragraph after current .5:

The chief administrative officers of the several annual conferences shall serve together as the administrators of such rules addressing the life and work of the annual conferences within its boundaries as may be adopted by the jurisdiction.
