1. The Annual Conferences shall organize
a provide for the fulfillment of the purposes, duties, and
responsibilities assigned to the Board of Global Ministries or an
equivalent structure which by ¶731.4 by structuring themselves
as they deem appropriate. The Board, or the structure, shall also
provide for global ministries responsibilities related to the objectives and
scope of work of the General Board of Global Ministries as set forth in
¶¶1402-1403. References to the "Board of Global Ministries" or to
"the "board" in appropriate context shall be construed and interpreted to refer
to the structure provided pursuant to this paragraph, whatever named or
titled.
