In each jurisdiction of The United Methodist Church there may be a
Jurisdictional Council on Ministries or Jurisdictional Administrative
Council any administrative and programmatic structure organized
as the jurisdiction shall determine and with the authority to
coordinate the programs of the general agencies within the jurisdiction
