The Annual Conference shall develop, administer, and evaluate the missional life and program of the Church in the Annual Conference and shall provide encouragement, coordination, and support for the conference agencies, districts, and local churches in their ministries of nurture, outreach, and witness in accordance with the mission of The United Methodist Church.
