Organization.----The General Board of Publication, hereinafter called
the board, shall consist of up to fifty thirty-seven
members, including two bishops selected by the Council of Bishops. A maximum
of ten five of these members shall be elected by the
board,...Thirty-eight Thirty members shall be elected
by the Jurisdictional Conferences...At least two one
young adults, at the time of their election,
shall be elected each quadrennium...
This legislation shall become effective at the close of the 1996 General Conference.
