Delete the last sentence of ¶ 745.2 and substitute new text:

For those youth and adults serving on the conference Council on Youth Ministry, it is recommended that they be full or preparatory members of The United Methodist Church. However, all members of the conference Council on Youth Ministry must be active participants of their local United Methodist church youth ministry.
