1. Diaconal ministers shall be authorized to conduct non-sacramental services, i.e., funerals, weddings, memorial services, interments, dedications.
2. The diaconal minister is accountable to the senior minister where he/she is appointed, or the senior minister of his/her charge conference if appointed beyond the local church, for such functions.
