Progression into Probationary Membership and Full Membership.-

members who exhibit exceptional promise for effective
ministry for the ordained ministry may qualify...upon receiving a three-
fourths
majority vote of the clergy members of the conference in full
connection, present and voting. Those received into Probationary Membership
may then progress into Full Membership after they have met the Disciplinary and
Conference requirements.
