4. When an end to the leave of absence is requested by the
clergy probationary, associate, or full member in the
case of...alleviated or resolved. When the request is denied, the Board may
recommend to the clergy session of the clergy members in full connection that
the clergy member be placed on involuntary leave of absence, administrative
location, or involuntary retirement.
