5. When clergy probationary, associate, or full members
on voluntary leave of absence...efforts to make contact with the
member clergy person, the Board of Ordained Ministry
may recommend to the executive clergy session of
the clergy members in full connection with the Annual
Conference that the clergy member person be located or
