2. 4. By Trial.--If a bishop or
clergy person member of an Annual Conference chooses
trial, the procedures are provided for in ¶ 2626.52
This paragraph shall become effective upon the conclusion of the 1996 General Conference, except for all matters that have already proceeded to the Joint Review Committee.
