Membership.----The policies, plans of work, management, business, and
all affairs of the General Board of Global Ministries of The United
Methodist Church shall be governed and administered by the board, which
shall be composed according to the conditions defined in
¶¶805, 809 of the General Provisions, with the following
conditions:
