Ethnic Local Church Concerns: The board shall function as an advocate for programs and concerns of ethnic local churches. It shall co-ordinate efforts to keep the needs of the membership of ethnic churches uppermost in the minds of its membership. The board will ensure that adequate resources--fiscal, human and programmatic--are used to support and encourage the ministries of the ethnic local churches.
