(4) Special Fund IV investments selected at the discretion of the Board which
constitute a balanced fund of fixed-income securities, equity-type securities,
and short-term securities. Such securities shall be invested in
companies with no direct investment and/or employees in South Africa, and/or
with banks that do not lend to the South African public sector.
Further, the The fund shall be military-free and
government-free (except for student loan, farm loan and government-backed
mortgage securities of the United States government).
