Respondent shall have the right to be present at all hearings to be conducted by the Committee on Investigation. Respondent shall have the right to confront and cross-examine witnesses, including the person or persons bringing the grievance or presenting evidence against the respondent. Respondent shall have the right to call and examine witnesses.
