Add a new sub-paragraph at the end of ¶ 1202:

13. In consultation with the Council of Bishops, to provide staff resourcing and training material for lay ministry stewards (¶ 207), for pastors who shall mentor the lay ministry stewards in their preparation, and to prepare an appropriate service of recognition for use in the congregation.
