2. To counsel with clergy concerning their pastoral duties and
responsibilities and with diaconal ministers concerning their
ministerial duties as well as other matters affecting their ministry
and personal life. Such duties for clergy and diaconal ministers
shall include, but not be limited to: the need for spiritual growth; the need
to understand and practice visioning for the future; the need to anticipate,
prepare for, and embrace change.
