Grievance Procedures.----1. When a written grievance is presented, or when a pastor refuses to voluntarily accept a change of conference relationship, the superintendent must follow the role defined in ¶ 454, seeking reconciliation, restoration, and justice through the processes described there and through Fair Process (¶ 2622).
