Each year, during the month of July, the membership secretary will mail a letter to each member whose name appears on the active roll, with an enclosed envelope containing a church renewal vow, a place for the member's signature, and a space for a voluntary contribution, amount to be determined by each local church, based on total apportionment divided by the number of members on the active full membership roll.
