7. ...or councils of the Church, provided that they have been
received by the petitions secretary or secretary of the General Conference no
later than 120 days before the opening of General Conference, shall be
printed in the first Advance Edition of the Daily Christian
Advocate provided they are submitted according to a printing schedule
provided by the secretary of the General Conference and the editor of the
Daily Christian Advocate. The first edition will be mailed to delegates
90 days prior to the opening of General Conference. All other petitions
submitted no later than 120 days before the opening of General Conference will
be printed in a second Advance Edition given to delegates on the first day of
the conference.
