4. b)(21) To appoint Annual Conference Disaster Response Coordinators to assist...the General Board of Global Ministries from the Annual Conference. The membership of the Disaster Response Committee may include district disaster response coordinators. Annual conference and district disaster response coordinators shall receive training at least once a quadrennium.
