To evaluate the ministry of the superintendent annually by providing a format through which every member of the annual conference in the district may offer his or her perceptions of the work of the superintendent. The means of evaluating the effectiveness of the superintendent shall be based on what is being used by the annual conference for evaluation of its pastors (¶ 733.3o).
