In any case, all non-appointed local church employees are employed at will and not by contract. Employment at will means that the local church, acting through this committee, and the employee are each free to terminate the employment relationship without notice and for any reason or for no reason. All such non-appointed employees are subject to dismissal without notice at any time when, in the sole opinion of the pastor in charge, the employee's performance and/or conduct is found unsatisfactory for any reason or in any respect.
