Objectives.--To achieve its primary purpose, the board shall expeditiously terminate memberships, associations of other relationships with existing political and social action groups and/or other endeavors not fully subject to General Conference. The board shall reduce staff, except as positions directly support the primary responsibilities set forth in ¶ 1104, as revised.
