All persons acting in the role of advocate and/or counsel in a judicial administration proceeding shall have on file with the Registrar of the Board of Ordained Ministry a certificate of completion of a basic course in United Methodist polity approved by the Division of Ordained Ministry of the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry.
