If a bishop, ordained minister, or local pastor is removed from the orders or license to preach by trial, he/she may request a termination of his/her participation in the Ministerial Pension Plan and seek a distribution of vested benefits under the provisions of the Plan Document of the Ministerial Pension Plan as amended from time to time by the General Conference.
