Understanding Petition Numbers

I petition that the second paragraph concerning legal rights under Part II of the resolution entitled "The Status of Women," page 373, in the Book of Resolutions be rescinded inasmuch as it contains unreliable data from the late 1970's that remain uncorrected in the Federal Statutes.
