Furthermore, no probationary member shall be permitted to vote on any matter until he or she shall have submitted a written statement affirming that said member: 1) does not believe that homosexuality is God's perfect will for any person; 2) does not and shall not engage in homosexual conduct; 3) has not encouraged and will not encourage homosexuality; and 4) realizes that swearing falsely or failing to keep this commitment is grounds for charges, discipline, and expulsion.
