Section IV. The Ordained Deacon Consecration as
Probationary Member.
Ordination Consecration.--Ordination as a
deacon to Word and service Consecration to probationary
membership is the act of the church...The service for consecration of
probationary members and the service for ordination of deacons...shall vote
on the ordination consecration of the candidates. The
bishop and secretary of the Annual Conference shall provide credentials to the
deacon probationary member upon
ordination consecration.
