Requirements for Admission.--Candidates who have been
pProbationary members for at least two years
may be admitted...They shall have (1) served full time under
episcopal appointment for at least two four full Annual
Conference years following the completion of the educational
requirements specified in 3 (b) below their admission as
probationary members. Upon recommendation...and (b) assumed by a
counseling elder mentor assigned by the Board of
