Understanding Petition Numbers

Whereas, United Methodist work has considerably grown in the Commonwealth of Independent States during the 1993-1996 quadrennium; and

Whereas, the Council of Bishops has evaluated and affirmed the Eurasia Episcopal Area;

Be it resolved, that said Episcopal Area be continued and the Northern Europe Central Conference be authorized to continue with two bishops.
