The UIDefault stylesheet breaks the <co1> into separate series.  It also requires reference to the included css sytlesheet, style.css.  It is included only as an example and I am not able to provide support if you run into problems using it.  Both the xsl and css sytlesheets would need to be tweaked before you can use them, specifically by changing the path references to the css sytlesheet and putting it on the webserver in the right location.
