South Central--Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas.
Western--Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii and the territory of the United States in the Pacific region,61 Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.
