1408. Corporate Officers--1. Board Officers--The board shall elect as its corporate officers a president, three vice-presidents who shall be the presidents of the divisions, a treasurer, a recording secretary, and such other officers as it shall deem necessary.
The Women's Division shall elect its president, who shall be one of the three vice-presidents of the board. The board shall determine the powers and duties of its officers.
2. Division and Department Officers--The board shall elect the chairpersons of the four departments. Each division shall elect at least one vice-president. Each department shall elect a vice-chairperson. Each division and department shall also elect a treasurer, a recording secretary, and such other officers as it shall deem necessary. Vacancies shall be filled by the divisions and departments or their executive committees. The divisions and departments shall determine the power and duties of their officers.
