1468. Membership.--The basic membership of the United Methodist Committee on Relief Department shall be constituted in accordance with the bylaws of the board and consistent with provisions of 1412.3. The associate general secretary and treasurer of the department and the officers of the board as defined in 1409.3 shall be members ex officio.
